Good news yacht charter Croatia enthusiasts! We have just received word on an exciting regatta taking place in April that will see you travel from Croatia, to Italy and Slovakia. The regatta is called the Ultimate Sailing regatta and it is organized for the new Elan 350 yachts.
The provisional itinerary is the following:
Day 1: Opening ceremony, check-in, free training
Day2: Biograd na Moru – Bozava
Day 3: Bozava – Silba Island
Day 4: Silba Island – Pula – Veruda
Day 5: Pula – Venice
Day 6: free day for sightseeing in Venice
Day 7: Venice – Izola, dinner and prize-award celebration
The regatta is set to begin on April 1st and end on April 7th and only the Elan 350 will be racing. The organizer is putting up 11 boats for this race so if you’re interested, you better complete the entry form fast. The entire regatta will consist of 5 offshore races which will total 210 nautical miles.
All skippers and their crew must be verified by their sailing federation and the minimum number in the crew is 6 members and the maximum is 8. The crew cannot change without prior permission of the RC regatta crew. If a crew has less than 6 people it will not be allowed to race.
The entry fee in the race is 400 EUR per yacht and an additional 30 EUR for each competitor in the crew. This does not include transportation to Biograd and from Izola, mooring fees, other food and drinks or tourist tax.
